This is day twelve
and deeper I delve
everyday and find
a new million things to
share with you.
Like the tree
in the university,
where I have sat
so many times,
talking to you
and thinking about you
at the same time.
That's an amazing tree
you see, it has huge branches
leaning over the lotus pond
which almost has dried up now,
but still grows an occasional lotus
what it sustains on I don't know,
I would like to think, it's faith.
